Rental-Purchase Option (RPO)

Broadhead Equipment offers a custom Rental-Purchase Option (RPO) program that is simple, fast, and flexible. The program allows you to supplement your fleet during the busy season and then purchase your rental equipment when you are ready. With this program, you can still qualify for new finance options.
Rental Policy
All equipment must be returned on the date agreed. If you need the equipment longer you need to contact us to make sure the equipment is not promised to someone else.
If hour limits are exceeded, an additional period’s rental will be charged. Broadhead Equipment’s definition of a Day is 8 hours, a Week is 40 hours, and a Month is 160 hours.
All machines go out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, or you will be charged for filling the tank at 150% of the retail price of fuel.
All machines need to come back in the condition they left. If machine is dirty upon return, a minimum $50.00 charge applies.
If renter does not opt for the Broadhead Equipment’s insurance option, renter is responsible for all damages incurred up to $5,000. 10% of the full rental rate will be charged to waive our right to recover expenses in excess of $5,000.
